As of 31 July 2022, 223,951 building interventions in Italy were incentivised under the Superbonus, amounting to 39 billion euro of investment. This is what emerges from the Enea monthly report.
Of the total number of registered asseverations, 33,318 refer to condominiums (14.9 per cent), 121,925 to single-family buildings (54.4 per cent) and 68,703 to detached property units (30.7 per cent).
