As of August 2020, 100% of IBC Maxeon’s photovoltaic cells will come from plants with LEED Gold certification.
That’s right, with a view to change, we are not only pursuing the concept of environmental sustainability, but we are also relying on manufacturers who comply with very stringent environmental standards during the production process itself, and who therefore supply us with photovoltaic modules manufactured to values that correspond to our own.
On the one hand, they are the most efficient and reliable panels available on the market. On the other hand, they were also the first in the industry to offer sustainable builders additional LEED points for their projects thanks to the Cradle to Cradle certification and the unique transparency of composition information offered by the Declare Label for panels produced in Mexico.
- Sustainable plant
- Energy and water efficiency
- Materials and resources
- Indoor air quality
- Innovation
Photovoltaic panels as clean as the energy they produce, giving customers the energy to make a positive impact on our planet.
The entire production cycle, in our opinion, must respect these characteristics, because it would not make sense to convey the message of environmental sustainability, using products that do not adhere to this same purpose.
